Organizzata dall&#8217;Unione Ciclistica Internazionale (UCI) e supportata da Grundig (azienda tedesca di elettronica di consumo), si disputa in 9 tappe di cross country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non poteva essere che un affare tra americani, vista l&#8217;origine di questo sport: in campo maschile vittoria per John Tomac mentre in campo femminile Sara Ballantyne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
